T - 主题句
Topic Sentence
用一句话提出本段的核心论点。这句话决定了整段的方向，后续所有内容都必须围绕它展开。
E - 解释说明
Explanation
解释为什么这个论点成立。回答'why'或'how'的问题，让读者理解你的论点背后的逻辑。
R - 产生的结果
Result
阐述这个论点/原因会导致什么具体的结果或现象。可以用数据、案例或普遍认知来支撑。
I - 对主体的影响
Impact
回归到题目讨论的主体（个人/社会/政府等），说明这个结果最终产生了什么影响，形成闭环。
